Recreational Gymnastics

Little Pearls (18 months – 3 years old)
Supervised play time where you and your child may play together using our gym. This is a great way to interact with other children and parents while learning to move together. Parents will assist the child in developing balance, hand-eye coordination, kinesthetic awareness, and strength. All gymnastics equipment will be used in this course including trampoline.
(45 minutes per class; $55 per month)

Diamonds in the Rough (3 & 4 year olds)
Children will be taught introductory gymnastics skills and body positions that will help develop coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. Children also practice social skills such as working with a group, waiting your turn, listening to directions, and following directions. These students are introduced to age-appropriate gymnastics apparatus in a fun and structured environment.
(1 hours per class; $65 per month)

Bronze (5+)
This is a beginner level gymnastics class designed to introduce fundamental gymnastics vocabulary and skills and does not require any prerequisite skills for placement. Students learn flexibility, strength, and the basic gymnastics skills on each event. Athletes learn skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor.
(1 hours per class; $65 per month)

Silver (5+)
Athletes in the Silver gymnastics class have mastered introductory skills and fundamentals from the Bronze level class and are able to perform these skills consistently. Building upon previously attained skills, children will be taught techniques and terminology to further develop skills. Athletes will develop confidence and build strength and stamina. (55 minutes per class; $65 per month)

Gold
By invite only
Athletes in this class have learned to consistently perform all skills in the Silver level class. The Gold class is designed to develop gymnastics skills that emphasize progression and proper technique for each skill. They will continue building upon skills previously attained. Children will build self-esteem through the mastery of the fundamentals of gymnastics. (120 minutes per class; $90 per month)

Platinum Pre-Team
By invite only. Evaluations can be set up through the front desk.
Platinum athletes show potential to compete gymnastics competitively in the future. These athletes have a desire to take their gymnastics skills to the next level and work towards the goal of moving up to the competitive team.

Recreational Cheer & Tumble

Our recreational tumbling program is divided into levels and is designed to mirror the all-star cheerleading levels set by USASF organization. Athletes must master all skills in each level before moving to the next.

FUNdamentals (ages 3-6)
FUNdamentals is designed to be a short term, non-committal low cost introduction to All Star in a weekly class format. It is designed as a chance for younger athletes to master the basic skills and concepts of all star cheerleading at the lowest time commitment and cost possible. Athletes that complete FUNdamentals will have the opportunity to join our competitive program.
This program follows USASF Lesson Plans.

Intro Tumble
The Intro Tumbling Class is designed to teach the beginning basics of tumbling including: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and backbends. This class also focuses on proper body positions for entering and landing tumbling, as well as, body shapes they will need as they progress through the art of tumbling. Once mastering all Intro skills, athletes will advance to Level 1 Tumble.

Level 1 Tumble
The Level 1 Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Intro tumbling. Skills include handstand snap down, backbend kickover, back and front walkover, round off and back extension roll to push up. Athletes must master all Level 1 skills before advancing to Level 2 Tumbling.

Level 2 Tumble
The Level 2 Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Level 1 tumbling. Skills include standing back handspring, roundoff back handspring, front walkover roundoff back handspring, cartwheel back handspring, back walkover back handspring, and front handspring. Athletes must master all Level 2 skills before advancing to Level 3 Tumbling.

Level 3 Tumble
The Level 3 Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Level 2 tumbling. Level 3 skills including: roundoff back handspring tuck, front punch/tuck, roundoff Tuck, front walkover round off, standing back handspring series, jump to backhandspring connection, standing backhandspring tuck, and back extension roll to handstand. Athletes must master all Level 3 skills before advancing to Level 4 Tumbling.

Level 4 Tumble
The Level 4 Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Level 3 tumbling. Level 4 skills including: roundoff back handspring layout, whip through to tuck/layout, front punch/tuck step out roundoff layout, cartwheel tuck, standing Tuck, standing backhandspring tuck, standing series to backhandspring tuck, and jump to backhandspring tuck. Athletes must master all Level 4 skills before advancing to Level 5 Tumbling.

Level 5 Tumble
The Level 5 Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Level 4 tumbling. Level 5 skills including: round off backhandspring full, front punch/tuck step out to full, whip to full, round-off full, cartwheel full, standing backhandspring full, standing series to layout/full, jump to tuck, and jump to backhandspring series to full connection. Athletes must master all Level 5 skills before advancing to Level 5 Plus Tumbling.

Level 5 Plus Tumble
The Level 5 Plus Tumbling Class is designed to build upon skills learned in Level 5 tumbling. Level 5 Plus skills including: roundoff Back handspring double, front punch step out roundoff back handspring double, whip to double, standing to double, standing bhs whip to double, and jump to standing full.
